Who We Are

Plan A Management was founded by Amanda Mouton, an accountant by profession and a determined entrepreneur with a strong corporate foundation. A woman of colour with deep expertise in finance and business, Amanda built her career in the corporate sector before venturing into entrepreneurship. She co-founded Premier Business Solutions, establishing a trusted platform for integrated business support services.

Recognising an opportunity to make a greater impact, she launched Plan A Management as a fully independent venture. Entering the competitive world of distribution—a sector where women remain underrepresented—Amanda has built a company that is agile, customer-focused, and solutions-driven. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for empowering others, Plan A Management continues to expand its reach, delivering quality products and service while driving meaningful change in the industry.
